𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞: 𝐀𝐈 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐀𝐧𝐲𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞.

I had the privilege of attending an online session with my former Harvard professor, Prithwiraj Choudhury, in March 2026. During my time at Harvard, I had the opportunity to take his course. Even then, it was clear that I was learning from a leading scholar shaping the global conversation on the future of work. Seeing him again and hearing about his latest research was truly special.

His work continues to influence how organizations think about talent, location, and leadership in a digitally connected world.

Over the past decade, technological change and new management practices have fundamentally reshaped how organizations access global talent and organize work.

The pioneering research on “Work from Anywhere” by him showed early on that geographic flexibility is not just a perk, but a strategic advantage in the global war for talent. Organizations that allow people to work from anywhere can attract, retain, and empower talent beyond traditional location boundaries.

His perspective on the next wave of disruption, driven by the combination of AI, robotics, and digital twins, made the discussion especially insightful. These technologies are changing not only where we work but also how organizations compete for talent and how they design work to remain attractive to the best people worldwide.

Drawing on more than a decade of research and insights from his book, T𝘩𝘦 𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥 𝘐𝘴 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦: 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘈𝘯𝘺𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘉𝘰𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘴 𝘛𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘵, 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, one key question stood at the center:

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥, 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫?

Let’s design an organization that gives you a real competitive edge.
